Privacy policy

How we handle information submitted through SEOCompanyPhilippines.com.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business email, company, phone number, website, budget range, service interest, and project information. We also retain information about how the enquiry reached us, such as the page, referring URL and campaign details.

Please share only what we need to discuss your project. Do not put passwords, payment-card details or confidential customer records in the enquiry form.

How we use it

We use this information to assess the enquiry, reply to you, understand which website and campaign generated the lead, maintain business records, and improve our services. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Where it is processed

SEO Company Philippines stores enquiries in its lead-management system. A notification may also be sent to our private Slack workspace so the appropriate person can respond. Service providers process information on our behalf.

Meeting bookings and notifications

If you book a meeting, we use your name, email address, selected time and time zone to create the calendar invitation and send confirmation, reminder, rescheduling or cancellation messages. Google Calendar processes the invitation and meeting details. Resend sends booking emails, and Slack may receive a notification so our team can follow up.

Your meeting-management link allows access to that booking. Keep it private and avoid sharing it publicly. Submitting an enquiry and booking a meeting are separate steps.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete contact information submitted through this website, subject to records we must retain for legal or business purposes. Send privacy requests to hello@theprojectseo.com. Tell us the email address used for the enquiry and the change you are requesting; do not email a password.
